Aflarion Arc is a sovereign AI platform built by Aflarion. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Arc through our iOS app or web interface.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your email address and display name when you create an account, and authentication tokens when you sign in with Apple. We also collect device identifiers to manage subscription access across your devices. Your conversation data with AI models is processed on our servers to deliver the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Arc service, authenticate your identity, manage your subscription and device access, prevent fraud and account sharing abuse, send transactional emails (verification, password recovery), and improve service reliability.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Conversation content is encrypted using envelope encryption with per-user keys. We use industry-standard security practices including PostgreSQL with TLS, encrypted backups, and strict access controls.
5. Subscription & Payments
Arc offers subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Enterprise). In-app purchases through Apple are governed by Apple's privacy practices. Web payments are processed through Tap Payments; we do not store your payment card details directly.
6. Device Management
Arc tracks device identifiers to enforce subscription device limits and prevent unauthorized account sharing. Device data includes a unique identifier generated on your device; we do not collect hardware serial numbers, IMEI, or advertising identifiers.
7. Third-Party Services
Arc integrates with: Apple Sign In (authentication), Resend (transactional email delivery), Tap Payments (web payment processing), and AI model providers (conversation processing). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, conversation history, and device registrations. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.
9. Children's Privacy
Arc is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and data, export your conversation data, and withdraw consent for optional processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
