Use the folder picker to grant access to your home Library where requested. If you cancel, the app should explain that scanning access has not been granted. Do not disable macOS security protections.

Open the cleanup's linked recovery record. Re-check eligibility before restoring. Keep recovery records if an outcome needs review, and do not empty Trash while investigating a missing item.
Subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that holds your subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. A 3-day trial, where eligible, is separate from the 24-hour cancellation notice.
Troubleshooting reports
Share only the minimum relevant details. Local logs may include file paths; review and redact them before emailing support. No app account is needed to contact us.
