BOOM Privacy Policy
Effective: August 17, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how BOOM, a fictional idle business game published by Aflarion, handles information on iPhone and through optional Aflarion services.
2. On-device game data
BOOM stores gameplay progress, settings, language, financial-simulation state, and notification preferences locally on your device. Local progress may be lost if the app is deleted unless a supported recovery or cloud feature is available.
3. Optional identity services
Guest play does not require an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Game Center, Apple supplies identifiers and profile information according to your Apple settings. BOOM may store an account identifier, display name, Game Center status, and an installation credential used to secure requests.
4. Advertising and consent
BOOM uses Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform to request regional consent. Depending on your choices and Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization, Google may process device identifiers, IP address, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location for advertising, fraud prevention, measurement, and service delivery. If consent does not permit ad requests, BOOM keeps ads disabled.
5. App Attest and security
BOOM may use Apple App Attest, request timestamps, nonces, and integrity metadata to verify genuine app installations, prevent replay, and protect account operations. This does not make local game progress cheat-proof.
6. Server time and network data
BOOM may contact Aflarion to obtain trusted time and, only for enabled account features, to perform identity or save operations. Hosting providers may process standard network logs such as IP address, request time, path, and error information for security and reliability.
7. Notifications
Notification preferences and scheduling are handled on-device. Apple delivers notifications under its own privacy terms.
8. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information. Service providers may process data only to provide their services, including Apple, Google Mobile Ads, Vercel, and Upstash when the associated feature is enabled.
9. Retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains until you reset the game or delete the app. If an Aflarion-linked account is enabled, you can request account deletion in BOOM. Confirmed deletion removes the linked server account; local guest progress is separate and can be removed by resetting or deleting the app. Security logs may be retained for a limited period where legally required or necessary to prevent abuse.
10. Your choices
You can decline ATT, change ad privacy choices when the privacy-options control is required, disable notifications, play as a guest, disconnect optional services, and request access or deletion where applicable.
11. Children
BOOM is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal information from children under 13.
12. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Their safeguards and legal terms apply to that processing.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when BOOM or its service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
